NeutraDC is a brand of PT Telkom Data Ekosistem, which is a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia. NeutraDC offers a pathway for international companies to access Indonesia's eyeballs and digital economy. We offer a robust Digital Ecosystem Hub of data center resources in Indonesia, allowing any party, including hyperscale players, to tap into Telkom Indonesia’s integrated digital infrastructure. We offer comprehensive network connectivity locally, and via submarine cables to seamlessly access the rest of the world.
Our current data center resources include 29 data centers consisting of 5 global data centers and 3 Enterprise Data Centers (Sentul, Serpong, and Surabaya) with Tier 3 and 4 classifications. We have one Hyperscale Data Center (in Jakarta, Cikarang) that meets global standards and is certified by Uptime Institute Tier III & Tier IV for global players and are building two more, one in Batam, Indonesia. We have 19 neuCentrIX edge data centers that are located in various cities across Indonesia as well as global data centers in Singapore. We help businesses to access over 171 million digital users and enterprises in Indonesia with bespoke solutions and with the benefit of our deep cultural understanding of the Indonesian market.
